Order Processing We process all orders within 2‑5 business days upon successful payment confirmation. You will get a shipment notification email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Fees Free standard shipping is available for orders meeting the minimum‑spend threshold. For orders that do not meet the requirement, a flat shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns for defective merchandise within 7 calendar days upon receipt. Size‑swap exchanges are permitted within one week after delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping expenses for international shipments.
